Put a Peach Bud in your mouth and your first instinct is silence. Your mouth waters immediately — not politely, not gradually. Immediately. Most people have a hard time speaking for the first few seconds because they don't expect that wonderful, sensual flavor to grab them the way it does. Our Cherry Bud are a more eastern variety, it starts with a clean, honest cherry flavor, not too tart, true to the fruit, balanced, unhurried. And then it does something unexpected. It finishes with an almost floral note, a softness that lifts the flavor somewhere you weren't expecting it to go.
