Holiday Ham - Half Smoked Spiral Sliced Ham (8-9lbs)

Every one of our smoked, spiral-sliced Holiday Hams is individually hand-trimmed and seasoned with a blend of cloves, cinnamon, and other special ingredients before going into an old-fashioned smokehouse. Inside the smokehouse, each ham soaks up the smoke from smoldering Ozark hickory chips for at least 16 hours. The result is a fully cooked ham that is moist and tender through and through, with an incredible smoky flavor that goes all the way to the bone.

Warming Instructions: Our Holiday Ham is fully cooked and does not require additional cooking. To heat through, heat for 10 minutes per pound at 325 degrees. Spiral hams should be double-wrapped in foil prior to heating to retain moisture.
