Falling somewhere betweek a cake and a sweet bread, Babka is traditionally made by Jewish grandmothers to mark holidays and special occasions. Made with rich brioche dough and twisted with tasty fillings like cinnamon or chocolate, this is an ooey-gooey and oh-so-delicious treat. Each loaf is baked from scratch using the finest simple ingredients – including plenty of butter – to produce pillowy, hand-twisted dough with melt-in-your-mouth fillings.

When sisters Sariel Brummer and Adar Nadler were growing up, their grandmother's homemade babka was the star of family breakfasts and holiday celebrations. Today, the siblings run Lady Babka out of Austin, Texas, creating tasty treats based on the treasured recipe.

Shelf Life - Best enjoyed within 7 days.

Product can be frozen on day of receipt. Defrost at room temperature overnight. Take it to the next level by heating in the microwave for 90 seconds (or for 5-10 seconds for just a slice).

Storage - Store your Babka at room temperature, covered well.

Servings - Babkas can be comfortably shared between 6-8 people, depending on how generously you slice them.
